Description of problem:
CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_MECHANISM_DRIVERS doesn't support mlnx mechanism driver.

OPTION_LIST in /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/packstack/plugins/neutron_350.py should include "mlnx"

I've submitted https://review.openstack.org/#/c/169821/ upstream to resolve this bz.

Lars' patch was merged long time ago, so this is already part of the product.
