Previously, when using an Internet Explorer 9 browser, it was not possible for a user to use a mouse to select a specific template if there were more than three templates available. With this update, users can now use a mouse to scroll down the list of templates available.

Description of problem:
When creating a new VM,unable to scroll down list of available templates in "Based on Template" field. This only occurs in IE9

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEVM 3.3.2
IE9 version 9.0.8.112.16421 (on Windows 7)

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In webadmin portal, create new VM
2.In create new VM screen, select "Based on Template" field
3.Try to scrolldown using scrollbar on righthand side

Actual results:
Either scrollbar does not move or jumps slightly closes and does not select a template


Expected results:
To be able to scroll down and select the relevant template.

Additional info:
You can type in the template name but that means you have to remember all template names that have been created.
Once a template in the filed has been selected you can use cursor keys to move down to other templates, however selection is not updated and you do not see which template is selected.
This works in Firefox.
