The 6.x branch excludes secman for all IBM JDKs. We should limit it to 1.6 version only.

In 6.2.2 there weren't secman tests yet.

org.jboss.as.testsuite.integration.secman tests are no longer run as part of EAP 6.x AS TS on IBMJDK 1.6
