I can't reproduce this. Were other DBus related things working as expected when you noticed this? For example, you could use d-feet to poke at various services on the session bus and see if they respond. This should work as long as one has dbus, gnome-online-accounts, empathy and telepathy-mission-control, which should already be the case. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
