Description of problem:

Installing lz4 packages produces something like this:
....
  Installing : lz4-r116-1.fc21.x86_64                                    93/446 
  Installing : lz4-devel-r116-1.fc21.x86_64                              94/446 
install-info: No such file or directory for /usr/share/info/lz4.info
....

That is because postinstall scriptlet for lz4-devel attempts to run this:

/sbin/install-info --info-dir=/usr/share/info /usr/share/info/lz4.info || :

The catch is that neither lz4 nor lz4-devel provides a required info file.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing lz4-r117-2.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
