Description of problem:
Even when the paramer is strictly set "configure iptables: false". When the host gets added to the engine, the iptables rules are overwritten.

My answer file also had:
OVEHOSTED_NETWORK/firewallManager=none:None

But the second host to join the cluster had it's iptables reconfigured as well.
