Description of problem:
Mozilla exit immediately when visiting website
http://www.mict.go.th
Note that, I am using th_TH locale. But I've try starting mozilla with
LANG=en_US mozilla and the result is the same.
I've already tried changing autodetect keyword but the result is the 
same. Maybe this is the bug about pop-up blocking?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.visit http://www.mict.go.th

    

Actual Results:  program exit immediately (all windows close)

Expected Results:  display the web nicely

run System Tools / Red Hat Network
and update your system to the latest mozilla-1.4.1-18
see if it still crashes.
