Kevin: could you look at the FTBFS or retire it if it's dead/not worth fixing or similar?

This, like several other open z88dk issues (including a licensing issue), is fixed in upstream's current CVS HEAD, I was hoping that they'd finally do a new upstream release, but there hasn't been one since 2012 (despite all the activity in CVS). :-( I'll probably have to bite the bullet and package one of their nightlies or just take a snapshot directly from CVS.

Actually, one of the 2 open issues is this exact same one. (The other is the licensing issue.)
