The test suite for ruby-openid was failing and needed to be ported to Minitest 5. There was also a problem with one of the tests failing after this was done.

I've patched both issues and committed them as rubygem-ruby-openid-2.6.0-1. http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rubygem-ruby-openid.git/commit/?id=bd0ebc135a5fce39fc7a8b0d9bbd8ed0038aff83

The test suite patches have been improved and submitted upstream at https://github.com/openid/ruby-openid/pull/82.
