How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a run detail page.
https://tcms-devel.app.eng.nay.redhat.com/run/72356/
2.Choose a caserun with many bugs, at least 2 bugs.
3.Click 'Bugs-Remove' link, check the content of tips.

Actual results:
system popup tips: Specify bug IDs, using comma to seperate multiple IDs. while system does not support remove multy bugs at one time.

Expected results:
system popup tips: Please input bug_id or jira_id.

verify this bug on v3.8.8-1 on qa server.--->Pass
verify steps are same as description.
