Description of problem:
Corosync mon service contains various problems

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.3.3

How reproducible:
0% in RHEL, because mon service is disabled in default.

Additional info:
This BZ is there only to make RHEL package is as close as possible to upstream (there is small chance that one day mon will be needed).

For QE: Sanity only.
