Cause: Running a CLEANALLRUV task
Consequence: The replication changelog will incorrectly examine a CSN that was "cleaned" and possibly return it as the minimum CSN for a replica
Fix: Ignore CSN's that are from a "cleaned" replica id.
Result: Replication uses the correct minCSN.

Hi Scott, Request you to verify this bug from IPA automated tests. This is sanity only verification. Scott's replica-manage tests are looking good in this area - will mark Verified Sanity Only Yes, I was also able to get more good runs from last nights round of tests. And a couple days ago, the ipa-replica-manage del tests ran with no issues related to this bug. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
