Fixed. Created new packages for embrane and nuage plugins (containing just README and config file). The code tested in openstack-neutron-2014.1.3-5.el7ost.noarch. The setup.cfg file contain all changes. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
