Description Michal Karm Babacek 2014-06-19 07:27:18 UTC
Title: Implement SSL Encryption for the JBoss EAP 6 Web Server

Dear doc guys,

1) we need to tackle the issue of describing the default https connector configuration, i.e. what one could expect from a plain https connector with no protocol nor cipher-suites set explicitly.

2) we need to get rid of these "Row 1 Col 1 " things in column Cipher's Value (for the CLI command) within the Table 10.10. and other places of occurrence.

As to the proper and expected default in 1), please, consult:

 - Bug 1032164 - EAP https connector defaults
 - Jean-Frederic Clere <jclere>
 - Remy Maucherat <rmaucher>

Regarding 2), please, consult:

 - Bug 1078204 - SSL connector fails to start if cipher-suite="ALL"

and synchronize work with:

 - Bug 1111058 - Cipher suites can be now defined using openssl syntax even when using JSSE

THX

Dear Doc guys, could you take a look at it, please?

Dear Nidhi, could you update the status of this bugzilla with respect to the current documentation build in EAP 6.4.ER1, please?

Comment 9 Michal Karm Babacek 2015-07-07 09:22:31 UTC
The only thing in the current text I can see is this:

> /subsystem=modcluster/mod-cluster-config=configuration/ssl=configuration/:write-attribute(name=cipher-suite,value=ALL)

Table 17.10.

If ALL JSSE suite selection is what we want in the doc, let's mark this as resolved.
