Description of problem:
In version 2.4 an security problem was fixed.

SECURITY FIX - Override supplementary groups if <changeowner> is used 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
icecast-2.3.3-1.el6

Please check and update if version 2.3.3 is vulnerably.

yes 2.3.3 is vulnerable.
Might as well consider to go for 2.4.1
