Description of problem:

My logs have been filling up with these messages after perl-Net-DNS was updated:
Use of uninitialized value $ns in pattern match (m//) at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Mail/SpamAssassin/DnsResolver.pm line 201, <GEN###> line ###.

Large amounts of spam are passing to my inbox.

Sigh. I wasn't aware that perl-Net-DNS update went to f19 as well. ;( 

Will look at a update soon... thanks for the report.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing spamassassin-3.4.0-7.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
