Description of problem:

Print icon and Refresh icon doesn't look like clickable buttons

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to RHSC
2. Select any Cluster, Host, Volume, etc and click on the "Trends" tab
3. Plave the mouse over "Print" and "Refresh" icons


Actual results: Print icon and Refresh icon doesn't look like clickable buttons even on mouse hovering


Expected results: Print icon and Refresh icon should look like any normal clickable buttons on mouse hovering

Verified as fixed in Red Hat Storage Console Version: 3.0.3-1.17.el6rhs 

'Refresh' and 'Print' icons are now highlighted with a border on mouse hover.
