For downstream RHEL-OSP, the logo on left upper side should reflect downstream branding: "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Openstack Platform Installer"
ie - "RHEL-OSP" Logo and the word "Installer" next to it.

RHOS-OSP branding attached.

Attachment?  Where are you seeing the incorrect branding?  I see OSP related stuff everywhere.
