Could you provide a bit more description about where you are seeing this, and how you got to the point where you saw this error?  Which page are you seeing this on?  Can you add the URL of the page displaying the error, and a screenshot of the page, to this bug?

This is most likely a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1085711

Try either clearing your cookies or access openshift from a private browsing session and let us know if that resolves the problem.

There was most likely a cookie called chrome_user_info on the subdomain .redhat.com (which is shared between access.redhat.com and openshift.redhat.com), that you would have gotten by visiting access.redhat.com.  In some cases that cookie seems to get into a weird state.  What languages is your browser configured to prefer?
