Previously, if iLO was used for power management, then the system was not powered on automatically. This happened because the default parameter power_wait=4 was not properly powering down the system; it would appear to be off but was still running. As a result, the "on" operation was unable to trigger the start operation. Now, this problem has been fixed and the system is able to powered off and on again.
