This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

comment 12 is off by one: this bug was reported using the Fedora 21 version of anaconda. Fedora 21 has reached End of Life, and a lot has changed in the storage code since then. If this issue still occurs, please open a new bug with logs.
