Doc Text:	The sysfsutils package is now a dependency of the Compute service. This package provides the Compute service with the ability to attach Block Storage volumes. In previous releases, sysfsutils was not a hard dependency of the Compute service; this required users to manually install sysfsutils as well during manual Compute installations. With this release, installing Compute packages will automatically install sysfsutils as well.	Story Points:	---
