The nfs-ganesha daemon crashes if started in NIV_FULL_DEBUG level as NIV_FULL_DEBUG level is not a supported option for nfs-ganesha. Workaround (if any): Use other log levels supported by nfs-ganesha while starting.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start nfs-ganesha in NIV_FULL_DEBUG log mode

Actual results:
NFS-ganesha dumps core.

Expected results:
NFS-ganesha should start normally.

Additional info:
This bug is fixed in V2.1-RC3. If we update the sources of nfs-ganesha in the rpms, we wouldn't hit this issue.

Denali Ganesha is based on v2.1-RC1 while the fix is in v2.1-RC3. The fix will only make it into the next relese. 

For Denali, its documented that NIV_FULL_DEBUG is not a supported option.
