Description of problem:
old web resource of upgraded app stays in inventory

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHQ 4.12 master buildid: 1a62d13

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. start EAP servr
2. install helloworld.war version 1.2
3. install helloworld.war version 3.1
3. in Administration -> Missing resource policy for AS7/Downloads chose Down 
4. remove helloworld.war from eap-cli or admin-console
5. run manual auto-discovery


Actual results:
helloworld has 3.1 version in inventory
web resource under helloworld is kept for 1.2 version (3.1 version is visible as well)

Expected results:
helloworld has 3.1 version in inventory with only one web resource, having 3.1 (latest) version

no exceptions in server and agent logs

I spoke with Armine and we agreed this is the problem already fixed in master commit 697a1313eaed37b8a4c16f192680c3461795306b, done for Bug 1070326 (see comm 16).  Closing.
