Description of problem:
I've got an rpm installed, but I want the srpm. up2date --src <package>

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. up2date <package>
2. up2date --src <package>
3.

Actual Results: fails with 'already installed'

working as designed, more or less. Ie,
it doesnt let you download a package set
that you couldn't install.

Newer versions (fedora or RHEL 3) include
a --get-source option that will download the
source rpm without doing any depsolving.
