Description of problem:
This is an umbrella BZ for several related bugs that involved storage cluster maintenance. There is a workflow process for performing cluster maintenance tasks like adding/removing nodes, running repair, etc. There are several problems with the existing implementation. https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/RHQ/Storage+Cluster+Management discusses these problems.
