Use whois.apnic.net instead of the defunct whois.v6nic.net

Description of problem:

jwhois uses whois.v6nic.net for the block, but this domain seems to have been taken over by a squatter.  Use APNIC instead.

1. jwhois

Actual results:

$ jwhois
[Querying whois.v6nic.net]
[whois.v6nic.net: Name or service not known]
[Unable to connect to remote host]

Expected results:

WHOIS query should have gone through.

jwhois-4.0-34.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Package jwhois-4.0-34.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing jwhois-4.0-34.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
