How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the hardware spec,and add the supplemental hardware,then save changes
2.In the hardware spec,go to the "Create new Supplemental Certification" section,and select the original cert,then create the supplemental cert.
3.Open the original cert,check the "Internal Relationships" under "Relationships" section,the supplemental cert ID is not listed there.
