Description of problem:

Hardware capabilities seem to be a copy paste of software capabilities (which is not the output as quoted).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open web browser
2. Insert: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/Deployment_Guide/s1-Using_PTP.html into address bar.
3. [Enter] Key

Actual results:

Incorrect hardware capabilities.

Expected results:

The actual required hardware capabilities for time stamping.
