Title: About JBoss EAP 6 Profiles

Describe the issue:

Someone asked me today what the 'full-ha' profile is. I searched through the doc and the term 'full-ha' was scattered throughout the document, but not described in one place. The closest I found was this:

It would be nice to list the pre-configured profiles (ha, full, full-ha) and which subsystems are available in each.

It seems like certain subsystems call out (or make reference to) which profiles they are associated with:

A diagram/chart/list that calls out the mapping between the pre-configured profiles and their available subsystems would be very helpful.  

It could help answer questions such as:

- What are all the subsystems available in profile X?
- What profiles have subsystem Y available?
