Description:
Miss Performance TUI menu guide in RHEV-H 3.4 doc.

Test steps:
1. Checking https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization/3.4/html/Installation_Guide/sect-Configuration.html
2. There is no Performance TUI guide in 3.4 doc.

Expected result:
Add the main Performance TUI menu introduction in doc.

Hi Julie,
  There still has some issues on doc-performance-screen.

1. typo here virual, here should virtual.
2. list incomplete, the full tuned list here:

To docs QE: content needs to be backported to 3.4 as well.
