We know about the bug and we keep track on it, however we need a reproducer with empty metadata database. See for the detailed instruction:

Removing metadata database fixes the problem for some people, does it crashing after removing it for you?

Is your home folder on local storage? Are you running only one desktop session?

This bug will be fixed in the next upstream gvfs 1.22.3 release soon:

Unfortunately recent fixes doesn't fix it fully. If you can provide some info, please make a comment in Bug 699109.
