Description:

For Juno, Storm jobs will be supported in Sahara. Given that, the data processing dashboard will need some changes to support the new job type.

The corresponding Sahara-api spec can be found at: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/105784/

The anticipated changes are as follows:
* add a new job type for Storm jobs (job creation)
* job launch config screen may have storm-specific fields included or non-applicable fields excluded (tbd), but will most likely require just a "command line" field that will be used to run the job.
* help text updated to include storm-specific notes as needed, most likely some sort of guidance on what the "command line" field needs to look like.
