dialog

Description of problem:
When importing networks, you have check boxes both up and down the dialog.
It kind makes sense in the upper part, if you want to import several networks (although multiple selection might also solve that), but on the lower part it is redundant, as I'd expect all the networks that are there to be imported.

Checkboxes in the lower table are used to move networks back up if they're not to be imported. I agree that it might have been nicer to use selection without a checkbox column, but:
1. The checkbox is more consistent with other dialogs.
2. The column header allows to select all items in a table at once.
