Description of problem:

If up2date -u is run and the channel information (entitlement) is not
properly entitled up2date will abend

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.9.3-2.2.1AS

How reproducible:
Make server unentitled 
run up2date

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
abend

Expected results:
up2date should echo an error message indicating that the server
doesn't belong to a proper channel.

Changed to 'CLOSED' state since 'RESOLVED' has been deprecated.
