Description of problem:

FSW 6.1 DR1 does not have specified developer BOMs. QE and customers need BOM GAVs (groupId, artifactId, version) with each release.

Resetting the flags back to the state it was before Oct-24- 2PM. There was an incorrect bulk update that I'm trying to fix.

I don't believe that this is an issue for Fuse 6.2.1.    If it is, please ennumerate which components are problemantic.
