Description of problem:

[RFE] qpidd federation links should be more configurable (connection options)

With regards of bug 1076533 and other related federation deployments,
it would be very useful to have possibility to configure federation link connection options (via qpid-route for instance)

This would fully solve bug 1076533 and probably other problems as user can specify reconnect limits and reconnect urls, even protocol etc...

Additionally it would be desired to have possibility to set reconnect_limit to unlimited.
