support python 3.4 patch

The attached patch add support for python 3.4 byte-compiled files to file/libmagic.
I guess it would be a good idea to include this, as F21 ships with python 3.4

Patch was submitted upstream at http://bugs.gw.com/view.php?id=241

* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing file-5.19-6.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
