Package builds fine in rawhide -> http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=7218512

no warnings/errors in rpmlint

spec and srpm have different changelogs.  Make sure to rebuild.

Recommend include "overload" as a BR as well as runtime.
