RFE: Add a column "Run after" in the rule engine list table

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In the Red Hat Bugzilla Rules Engine - Main Page
http://bzweb01-qe.app.eng.rdu.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=ruleengine/index.html

2.It is possible to view all rule engine order by run order, but we couldn't find a  column named "Run after" in the rule engine list table. People will be more clear about the sort result if this column exist.

This bug has been fixed in build rh-bugzilla-4.4.5024-1.el6

This change is now live. If there are any issues, do not reopen this bug.
