Description:

Add a Cinder volume driver for the storage system "Quobyte USP".

The first version of the driver will use the file system interface to store block devices as VM image files. Therefore, it is similar to other file system based drivers (e.g. NFS, GlusterFS) and reuse existing code as much as possible. Snapshots functionality will be available using qcow2 snapshots.
