Description William Cohen 2014-08-01 20:44:06 UTC
There have been a number of updates to papi presets in papi_events.csv for Intel processors. These should be updates should be backported to the RHEL7 version of papi. The following URL shows the changes in the papi_events.csv file:

Updated the event Intel processor presets to the most recent ones available.

Comment 5 William Cohen 2014-10-14 14:46:18 UTC
Recent libpfm change the name for Intel family 6 model 63 name from "hsw" to "hsw_ep" Needed to update the papi_event.csv to recognize this new name. The fix has been checked into papi-5.2.0-8.el7.
