Description of problem:
$DC|Affinity Groups|New - unable to manage without mouse - no focus, tab doesn't work. There's no focus in Name field and <tab> moving doesn't work.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. $DC - Affinify Groups - New dialog
2a. hit <Enter> 
   - try to type name and to submit the dialog without using mouse
2b. try to type name and to submit the dialog without using mouse
3.

Actual results:
not possible at all without mouse click

Expected results:
focus should be in Name dialog and <tab> moving should work inside the dialog
