Description of problem:

When you create a 'transport tcp,rdma' volume it's possible to mount it with fuse/native over IB/RDMA from a client with IB/RDMA, but it's not possible to mount it using TCP/IP from a client that doesn't have IB/RDMA.

I believe RDMA works as expected. Closing this bug
