Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a OS
2. Go to the Parameters tab
3. Create a new name and value (with more than 255 characters)

Actual results:
value - more than 255 characters is accepted with no warning


Expected results:
value - more than 255 characters should be errored out like name (Name is too long (maximum is 255 characters)
