Description of problem:
iptables-save changes the rule '-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p icmp
--icmp-type any -j ACCEPT' in /etc/sysconfig/iptables to '-A
RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p icmp -m icmp any -j ACCEPT' which causes
restarting iptables to fail with "Bad argument `any'" error message
leaving the user with empty chains
