Description:

Currently, ceilometer supports 5 kinds of backends(from http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ceilometer/install/dbreco.html) but couchbase. The Couchbase is one of the fastest NoSQL solutions which supports JSON and incremental map reduce for real-time analytics. These features are looking good for ceilometer, so decide to implements the Couchbase backends for ceilometer storage.
