Add new vm pop up window flickers on open

1.add a new vm from UI


Actual results:
the popup window flickers twice before open

Expected results:
should not flicker

IIRC this is was introduce by some component from network or something? Tomas should remember...

that started quite some time ago - I did not debug it back then what exactly caused it.

this bug won't fit into 3.5 release and is being deferred to a later release. If you deeply care about this bug and deserves to be re-evaluated please let me know
