Upon loading Gnome for the 2nd or 3rd time after install, none of the
programs running will show up in the Gnome panel. Therefore, after
minimizing a program there is no way to access it again.

i didn't really know what component to assign this to.. i guess it's gnome..

it worked fine for a little while and this happened so i reinstalled RH
altogether and after a few boots it happened again...
