Description of problem:
The policy and policy-sources packages both contain
/etc/security/selinux/src/policy/file_contexts/program/sudo.fc. This
file is also provided by the latest sudo package, and hence policy and
sudo conflict when trying to install both.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -Uvh sudo-1.6.7p5-11.i386.rpm
2. rpm -Uvh policy-1.4.4-1.noarch.rpm policy-sources-1.4.4-1.noarch.rpm


Actual Results:  
file /etc/security/selinux/src/policy/file_contexts/program/sudo.fc
from install of policy-sources-1.4.4-1 conflicts with file from
package sudo-1.6.7p5-11

Policy files have been removed from sudo for the time being.
